System Design

If a custom build is most suitable, the approved architecture is implemented into a structured Notion system with dashboards, databases, and workflows. Delivery time will depend on scope.

A focused, private 90 minute session to design the structure of your Notion system. Perfect for individuals or teams wanting clarity before building or a blueprint to build from. Includes:

  • Workflow review
  • System architecture planning
  • Dashboard structure recommendations
  • Database relationships and structure
  • System blueprint for implementation

Limited availability: 4 architecture sessions per month. System Architecture Session fee is credited toward the project if a Custom System Build moves forward.

For organisations or individuals ready for a custom fully implemented, structured and operational Notion system. Typical projects range from $1,500–$5,000 depending on scope and complexity. Includes:

  • Clear system blueprint for long-term use and expansion

Custom builds are limited each quarter. System Architecture Session fee is credited toward the project when Custom System Build goes ahead.
