Unless otherwise agreed, Clarity Templates products are licensed for single-user use only.
Custom, team, or commercial licensing options may be available upon request.

Full Licensing Policy

Standard License – Personal or Business Use

By default, all Clarity Templates products are licensed for:

  • Personal use (individuals using for their own productivity)
  • Internal business use (within your own company, by you or your team)

Each purchase grants a single-user license.
You may not share, resell, or redistribute any part of the templates.

Multi-User / Team Licensing

If you wish to use a template across a team, department, or multiple clients:

  • Please contact us for a custom multi-user or team license
  • Bulk licensing rates are available for organizations

Without an approved license, it is a violation of terms to distribute templates beyond the individual purchaser.

Client Use (Coaches, Consultants, OBMs)

If you are a service provider (e.g. business coach, online business manager, agency):

  • You may use our templates as tools for your own internal systems
  • You may not distribute or resell our templates to clients as deliverables unless:
    • You have a valid client-use license
    • The template is part of a broader service package
    • The template is significantly customized and not offered in original form

Commercial or Resale Use

Our templates may not be used:

  • To create products for resale
  • To create derivative Notion templates for marketplace distribution
  • As part of another digital product unless licensing has been granted

We reserve the right to pursue takedown notices or legal action if misuse occurs.
