You will have a 90 min consultation via an online video call after which you will be provided:

  • Direction for implementation or custom build

If you proceed with a Custom System Build, the session fee is credited toward the project.

  • After purchase, you will receive a private booking link to schedule your session.

Is my information kept confidential?

Yes. All information shared before and during your session is treated as strictly confidential. Your workflows, data structures, and operational details are never shared with third parties.

Will you access my Notion workspace?

No direct access is required unless explicitly agreed in advance. Most architecture sessions are conducted via screen share, allowing you to retain full control of your workspace.

What if I’m unsure whether I need a custom build?

That’s exactly what this session is designed to clarify. We’ll determine whether a structured template, system refinement, a plan to follow or full custom build is the most appropriate path.

What happens after I purchase?

After payment, you will receive a private booking link to schedule your 90-minute session. A short pre-session questionnaire will be sent to ensure we use the time efficiently.

Can the session fee be applied toward a custom build?

Yes. If you proceed with a Custom System Build, the Architecture Session fee is credited toward the project.

What if my project isn’t suitable?

If your project falls outside the scope of custom system design, you will be advised accordingly and may be guided toward an alternative solution.

Is this a recorded session?

Sessions are not automatically recorded however ai notetaking systems may be used. If a recording is requested, this can be arranged with prior agreement.
