Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final.
Once you have gained access to the template or downloaded the product, no refunds can be issued.

1. Digital Products & Instant Access

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final.

When you purchase a product from Clarity Templates, you receive immediate access to the downloadable files or Notion template link. As such, we are unable to offer refunds, returns, or exchanges, unless required under Australian Consumer Law or other applicable regulations.

2. What This Means

By purchasing a template or system from Clarity Templates, you agree that:

  • You have reviewed the product description and previews prior to purchase.
  • You understand the product is delivered digitally and not a physical item.
  • You acknowledge that due to instant access, refunds are not applicable unless the product is defective or inaccessible.

3. In Case of Access Issues or Technical Errors

If you’re experiencing trouble accessing your product or encounter a technical issue:

  • Include your order number and a brief description of the issue
  • We’ll respond within 1–2 business days and work to resolve it ASAP

4. Exceptional Circumstances

In rare situations where you are unable to access the product and we are unable to resolve the issue, we may offer a store credit or refund at our sole discretion.

Please note:
We do not provide refunds for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect product selection
  • Lack of compatibility with third-party apps or systems
  • Misunderstanding of product usage (we provide previews and details before purchase)
